Q: How long does video conversion take?
A: Most projects are ready within 3–5 business days, depending on size.
Q: How do I prepare my tapes and/or pictures for my project:
A: Number your tapes and/or pictures to ensure they flow chronologically. Do not use markers on the pictures (it can show through). List events on tapes if you want included on the DVD Cover and/or chapters.
Q: Can I pick my own music for a slideshow?
A: Absolutely! We’ll work with your song list.
Q: What if my tapes are damaged or worn out?
A: We’ll do our best to restore your content. If it’s unplayable, we’ll let you know right away—and you won’t be charged.
